Ingredients

- Pork loin
- Salt
- Flour
- Chicken eggs
- Panko breadcrumbs
- Seed oil
Method
- 
Slice the pork loin into serving portions and season with salt gently.
- 
Seal the meat inside vacuum bags.
- 
Set a sous vide thermostat to 60ºC (140ºF). When the water got preheated, cook the meat for 2 hours.
- 
When the chops are done, roll each of them in flour. Then roll in an egg and lastly goes breadcrumbs.
- 
Preheat a frying pan well and add the seed oil. The oil should cover half of the chop. Fry the chops until golden brown.
